Financial Management Services


Provided contractual and financial management including reporting and the following:

  • Formulation of budgets and compile budget data;
  • Develop estimates and justifications
  • Develop annual budgets and work hours allocation plan;
  • Identify and report contract cost;
  • Develop and manage Task Order/Purchase Order agreement for subcontractors;

Analyze contractor’s financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas;

  • Review general ledger balances that support the financial statements;
  • Review cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders.
  • Manage annual audit and corporate income tax process;

 

Analyze contractor cost and price related information;

  • Analyze estimates of labor, material, equipment, and other direct costs (ODCs);
  • Negotiate costs with subcontractors and consultants;
  • Prepare “Impact Budgets” that include revised indirect rates budgets and a job cost/revenue budget;
  • Analyze client’s cost and price ensure realism issues do not occur.

 

Develop and maintain cost and price models tailored to specific requirements;

 

  • Direct Labor Analysis – develop and compare salaries by using market surveys;
  • Consultant/Subcontractor Cost Analysis – negotiate cost and labor mix with potential partners;
  • Impact Budgets – consists of the provisional indirect rates in addition to the elements of the pricing effort being pursued;
  • Maximizing Profitability – determine profitability based on the complexity of the contract;
  • Revenue Analysis – outlines the overall potential contract performance. This consists of total revenue, total profit percentage and amount, overall breakeven wrap rate, overall wrap rate with fee, breakeven wrap rate on subcontractor’s cost, and wrap rate with fee on subcontractor’s cost.

Project Management Services


  • Execution of day-to-day activities as well as long term planning;
  • Ensure the overall coordination for all tasks supporting the designated Program Office;
  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;
  • Manage human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures;
  • Achieve operational objectives by implementing strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change;
  • Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

Administrative Support Services


  • Perform processing, scanning, and indexing/filing of all contract deliverables and task orders;
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets of ongoing projects;
  • Track project status on a daily/weekly basis utilizing spreadsheets for Microsoft Project;
  • Assist with updating individual project schedules;
  • Prepare and format documents in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
  • Assist with typing or editing documents;
  • Maintain project-related and workforce related files.
  • Archive paper files, ordering supplies, and prepare folders and filing;
  • Process and distribute incoming mail;
  • Provide general office administrative tasks;
  • Answer office phones and direct calls as appropriate for incoming calls and handle outgoing contact requests.

Data Entry Support Services


  • Enter data from source documents;
  • Collect and analyze source data from various software applications;
  • Perform data compare, quality check, data export, and data transfer;
